To enjoy your treatment fully, it is advisable for you to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.  If you do arrive late for your treatment, then we regret that your treatment time will be reduced.  The therapists are here to advise you on any treatment or product that you may wish to purchase.  Please do not hesitate to contact us at any time.

Contra-indications:

• Please do not have a heat treatment before or after your Catiovital treatment, waxing and certain other facial treatments.  Please ask for further advice.

• Please inform your therapist before your treatment, if you have any health conditions, are pregnant or think you may be.  We can tailor a treatment for you, with respect to your condition.

• If you suffer from allergies, sensitive skin, eczema, psoriasis etc. then please ask for a skin patch test before your treatment.  It is essential for all clients to have an eyelash tine test 24 hours prior to your treatment.

Cancellation Policy:

• Please note that 24 hours cancellation is required for all treatment bookings, otherwise full cost of your total treatments will be charged.

• A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required for all treatments over £30.

Once you have received your treatment, we advise that you take time to relax and prepare yourself to rejoin the world.
